Now that January’s almost over, I have to admit I’m getting a liiiiittle bored with my New Year’s Resolution efforts. I can’t afford to get bored, because it’s time to get serious about ditching my pregnancy weight (and nursing weight–why did everyone tell me I would magically lose weight from nursing? That did NOT happen.) I like to mix things up a little and I decided that an epic challenge with my amazing readers would be so much fun!
I collaborated with one of my best friends, the wonderful Tamarah Bartmess over at TheLightsomeLife.com to offer some great prizes. I’m talking $1,000 grand prize, $500 1st place prize, $250 2nd place prize, and a prize for EVERYONE who completes the challenge.
This challenge is going to be relatively small in numbers, so if you work hard, you’ll have a pretty great chance at winning one of the top prizes.

The challenge will go from February 1st and end on May 31st. I’ll give you a simple eating plan, a very customizable exercise plan, and personal support. Plus, we’ll be using some essential oils that address the most frustrating areas of losing weight:
